Dispatch

Items are generally dispatched the same or next working day, though this can take up to 2 working days. If I cannot dispatch within 2 working days (for example due to a holiday), this will be stated on a header banner at the top of all pages.

You will usually receive confirmation by email the evening following despatch, a tracking number will be included where available.

Free UK Postage

A free Royal Mail postage option is always available on single coins and small lots sent within the UK. Tracked 24 is used on orders over £40 and special delivery on orders over £250.

International Shipping

International delivery is available for the vast majority of items. For single coins and smaller lots this is charged at £7.00 by registered airmail or £30 by priority courier.

Problems with delivery

All services used are generally safe and reliable, however on rare occasions losses may occur. I am usually happy to reimburse for lost items where tracking can confirm that an item has gone missing.

Please allow 1 week for special delivery or 2 weeks for other services within the UK, or 5 weeks on international purchases (though please feel free to contact me sooner than this to make me aware of the delay at thecoinking@hotmail.co.uk).

I may have to wait longer than 5 weeks for international delivery in some cases - for example where there has been a known problem according to the Royal Mail international bulletin or where tracking is unreliable in the destination country.
