Returns Policy

Single Coins, Small Lots and Large Non-Bullion Lots

Returns are accepted under any circumstance within 14 days of receipt, assuming items are returned in their original condition. If there is an unforseen problem with the item I may also reimburse return postage costs. Please contact me at thecoinking@hotmail.co.uk to arrange a return.

Large Silver Bullion Lots (Gross weight 250 grams or more).

Returns are accepted withing 14 days of receipt, though depending on the spot silver price I may not be able to refund the full purchase amount. Any refund would be the greatest of the purchase price, or a reduced amount to account for the change in silver price between the date/time purchased and the date/time a returned item is received. As with other items, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs unless there is an unforseen problem with the item.
