1665 Pattern Farthing (Unlisted Type) - Charles II Copper Coin - Very Nice

Peck obverse 1b (with lower tie-ribands), reverse A. Plain edge, struck in copper. There are no type 1b Farthings listed by Peck with a plain edge. There was a coin of the same variety in the Colin Cooke collection in lower grade (lot 782), I can’t find any other examples in auction archives so is presumably a very rare variety.

A very nice coin with excellent detail.
